I have two accounts with jotform under two different sign in user names and emails.
I updated my form on the contact page with the new form and email address but for some off reason my replies
still keep coming to the old address. I have checked the widget over and over (building my web site in Iweb) and I am def putting in the new html to embed on the site so I can't see why it's not A: updating with the new form and B: it keeps linking to the old email address.

Thank you for contacting us.
Currently, I can not see any form on your Contact web page. Can you please re-add the widget?
Please make sure that you are embedding form with the correct ID.
I have assumed that this is the form you are trying to add:

That is the form. I am signed into my account, I have copied the code and embedded into a html widget but your are correct in that nothing is showing on my contact page? I deleted the form from the other account.
Thanks for trying to help

I just inspect your page source and found out that you're still using the old embed code.
Can you please make it sure that everything is embedded correctly and the page is updated with the correct html file? Kindly check also if you're using the correct recipient address.
Let us know if you need any further assistance. Thanks!

Thank you Idarktech,
I really don't understand this.
I have the correct recipient address, I have the correct code and a new html and it seems Iweb idates my html and publishes the new files but it still won't update. Very odd

I can see them fine now? The form it self is actually fine, there may be a delayed update on your files? The code on your page is now correct. Kindly clear your browsers cache and check it again, you should be able to view it now.
Just in case it gets cut-off on windows PC, you only have to increase (just drag and increase its size) the html snippet where you've added your form code. That should help.
Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks!

Thanks for all of your replies.
I found out it was an iweb fault so I uploaded the entire site again and voila, it recognised the new code!
All the best,
