I was able to see the limitation as well. You cannot customize the details of the payment field being shown in the submission email.
Ex:
I have submitted this thread to the higher team support as a feature request.
We will let you know here once we have news/updates on the progress of this feature.

I would like to add a problem here, also regarding the {myProducts} field in the notification mail. I am using a particular font type (sans-serif). However, the output text of the {myProducts} field is overriding this, so that in my case I get a Times New Roman font displayed - only for the text of this field, the rest is fine.
