Boa tarde, estou com um problema.
Alguns de meus formulários, estão reenviando as notificações por email, geralmente 24h após o envio original.
Já ativei a função, para não permitir envios múltiplos. Mas o problema continua... é como se houvesse alguma atualização no formulário, que envia a resposta novamente por email.
Esse é o formulário que apresenta mais problemas

In the mean time you can try transferring your data into US servers:
This option may cause problems since you are using JotForm from Brazil.

I further investigated your form submissions' data, I can't find duplicate submissions. You can also check if the submissions are the same or not, by enabling IP addresses on Submissions view page:
Also i suggest you to add captcha field on your form in order to avoid faulty submissions.
Here are the submissions of December 2106, I marked the only ones that seem as duplicates:
However when you go into details you can see that these submissions are different:
