I see that your account is downgraded to Storage yearly subscription from Premium subscription. However, I notice that the subscription renewal was failed due to the credit card was not honored.
We request you to check with your bank once to see if there is any issue with the subscription. Also, if you need to update the credit card with another card number, please visit the following link.
The next attempt for the payment by our payment processor will be on 20 Dec, 2016. Please update the credit card number before this to avoid the cancellation of the subscription.
