Shared Calendar Question

    I’ve created a shared calendar to coordinate attendance of volunteers through the month. 

    How do I create a visible summary on the from of;

     

    A)      the number of people who have already elected to attend that session.

    B)      to  set the maximum number per session to two people

    Howard,

    A) Since you're using matrix fields for the sessions, you can just create a visual report for your form to display the number of people who have selected a certain session.

    Here's an example: http://www.jotform.com/report/21427414785052

    If you notice though, the visual report builder can only graph the column (days) and not the rows (am/pm).

    B) Sorry but it is not possible to limit selections based on the number of people who have already selected an option.

    Many thanks for your response. I liked the report you created.

    Despite my attempts to recreate a similar report based on a similar form, I failed :-(

    I looked for further guidance about "visual report" on your website but failed to locate any.

    A pointer to this information would be appreciated.

    We are sorry for the delayed answer.

    In order to create a new Report, go to My Forms, click on your form to select it, then click on Reports icon and use Add New Report button.

    Select Visual Report Builder and click on the Next button.

    And here you can edit your Report.

    Once you are done, click on Share Report icon to get the Report URL.

    I think I'll try another tack!

    Is it possible to "freeze" a column of a report?

    Such that when viewing the report I wish to scroll horizontally but keep a particular column (Name) visible.

    Sorry but freezing one column of the report is not possible, you can probably download an excel or csv of the submissions and open it using MS Excel which allows you to freeze a column when scrolling horizontally.
