I would also like to know if it's possible to use a previous form as my own template to edit and reuse for speed?

Thanks for asking. To delete a form, go to your My Forms page and while on the Main, All, Unread or Favorites view, right-click the form in question and click Delete Form in the pop-up menu. To permanently delete the form, go into your Trash, click the form and then Delete Form.
To use one of your own forms as a template, create a folder named Templates and move the form in question into that folder. Now whenever you want to create a form based on that one, go to your My Forms page, go to the Main view, click the Templates folder to open it (if it's not already opened), right-click the form and click Clone Form in the pop-up menu.
If you need clarification on anything, please let us know.
