I want to cancel

    Im trying to downgrade to free account vendea

     

    but im redirevted to plimus with a form to fill our username pass, i dont have it. i want you to downgrade to free now.

    Hi,

    I have downgraded this account for your convenience.Please note that your account will remain on professional account till 06/09/2012 when your payment expires. You will no longer be charged for this account.

    Assuming you were to do it on your  own, the following steps would be taken;

    1. Login to your account

    2. At the button of the page (right side) you will find Account Setting button

    3. Click Account Setting

    4. In your Account Info. Click Cancel button

    After clicking on Cancel as above, you will be redirected to Plimus website.

    Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original
    plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email
    address used upon sign up.
