As jotform allows us to send emails through the system, we need to get your SPF documentation please. This is for the @ingramcontent.com domain. Here's the email I received from our IT department:
Judy,
As we move into Q1 we will be implementing SPF records for all ICG email domains. As you mentioned to Tommy that JotForm is sending email on our behalf, we must add their sending hosts or IP address to our new SPF records.
Please provide JotForm SPF documentation so we can be sure to include these to prevent email rejections once SPF is added. We will need this for each of the ICG email domains they are sending on behalf of.
Please list vendor, each domain, and the article or details on how vendor recommends SPF be setup for their company.
