My forms are not submitting or saying please wait

When the students try to hit submit for their reporting on JotForms, it either just goes completely away or says please wait.  Is jot forms down today?

I just did a test submission in your form (the link you provided) and I wasn't able to replicate the problem:

Did this happen in some other form or on this one?

I have had a few students that were able to do it now.  I cannot duplicate the error either.  Hopefully it was a user error.  It is scholarship reporting season for end of semester so really need the forms to work. :)  Thank you

Great! Glad to hear that it is working for them now. It's most likely a user error or browser specific issue. You can suggest to use different browsers as well, although any browsers should be fine. :)
