the emails from Jotforms come from info@fghsecurity.co.uk but the SPF record in our DNS recognises that this has not come from our domain so rejects the email.
I can create a connector in O365 to allow anonymous emails from an external IP address but to do this I require the external IP address of your sending servers (this can include multiple IP addresses)
Please can you let me know these details as soon as possible to resolve this issue
