    Form not updating on my web page

    I'm making changes to my form and saving them but the changes are not appearing on my site, using either the form. or www. addresses.  Can you have a look please

    I see that the form You Want It, We Got It! on your web page. I notice that the form is embedded using Iframe embed code and the same form is being displayed on the web page. Could you let us know the form ID that you are working on? Also, let us know what are the changes that are not reflecting on your web page so that we can take a look and provide you with necessary assistance.

    It's https://form.jotform.com/62931586267971 but my changes appear in the editor, but not on the live form

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the Check box field is hidden in the form builder. However, it is displaying when we view the form normally. I have tried saving the form and see that the checkbox is hidden on the form now.

    Could you try logging into a private/incognito window or a different browser and see if that works? Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
