Hidden fields are being displayed in live form?

Asked by safeinsight on December 20, 2016 at 11:25 AM
ISSUE #2: Under my form collapse "Online Training" other than checkbox 12, ALL fields are marked hidden.  I have input conditional logic to show fields based the answer to checkbox 12.  However, on the live form, two fields randomly show up.  In fact, when I check the appropriate box that SHOULD display these two fields, they both disappear.  I believe the magic horizontal spacing elf may also be wreaking havoc on this form collapse field.

Thank you for providing us with the details about this conditional problem base on selection.

Please allow us some time to thoroughly investigate this issue for you and we will respond to you again as soon as possible.

I've spent a little bit of time investigating this issue you've mentioned and from what I can see currently it's notable there's one field under your Online Training form collapse which is hidden on the form editor but showing on the live form.

Is that the one you're having the issue with? And what was the other one? I only see this one showing when I am testing it currently.

The reason this is happening is because that field is empty so therefore nothing is selected but, on top of that you also have two conflicting conditions which are opting to show and not show it at the same time though it's ignored partly because nothing was selected so you have to tell it that by including if empty in your conditions.

Thank you! I guess I should have double checked the error I made on conditional logic. Issued #2 was completely my fault. Thank you for helping me see it though!
