Problem importing PDF to create fillable document

    I uploaded a PDF to create a fillable form and I received an email from pdf@jotform.com saying that the import failed. When I replied to the email I received a Delivery Status Notification (Failure).

    Hello,

    The email sent to you by pdf@jotform.com is an auto-generated email and it is not meant to receive replies.

    Have you tried uploading again your PDF to see if it works the 2nd time around? If it still fails, can you send an email to support@jotform.com with your PDF attachment to see what's going on and so for us to try uploading the form ourselves? 

    Please include this link to your email just so for us to be able to easily reference the matter.
