my last edit changed are not showing

Hi guys , i have just made some changes to my form which are showing in design but not in preview.

I have just added a drop down box " how did you hear about us" to owners address and changed the image on the confirmation page neither are showing in preview and neither have conditions applies.

Please can you check your end to see if there displaying.
