I deleted submission but my account is still over quota.

i made a form and it hit 100 submissions. I deleted it so everything is back to 0. It still says to upgrade. Does this mean you get a lifetime of 100 submissions and then you have no choice but to upgrade? Or is it 100 submissions and then you can delete and start over? Please let me know. Thanks

Hello Ed,

Please note that in free account, you can only receive upto 100 submissions in a month. Deleting a submission record does not free up / reduce your submission counter which is only reset on the first day of every month. Its not that you can only receive 100 submissions in a lifetime but its each month.

The only option to activate your account is to upgrade it or wait for the first day of next month when the submission counters are reset.
