User able to submit form with empty value for mandatory field

    I am using one of your forms by the name "Canadian PR - Assessment Form Worldwide 2017" and it has one mandatory field in it for phone nos ( see attachment) . However, some of the submissions I am getting for these are with empty value for phone number. How is this possible, when phone nos is a mandatory field. Is there a bug ?

    I have tried submitting your JotForm without entering Phone number field and see that the field is displaying an error that it is a required field.

    I have also checked the submissions received by the form and see that the phone number field is correctly filled in all submissions. If you are referring to the email notification that is not displaying the phone number, I have checked the notification and see that the field name is set to a different one than on the form.

    Please change the phone number field to {phoneNumber} and it should be displaying the phone number for the new submissions that you receive from now. Or you may change the field name by selecting the Phone number field from the Form Fields dropdown in the notification.
