Exporting To CVS

    I love this system and expect to recommend it to clients!  I am having a problem exporting to CVS and Excel.  The wheel is turning and is obviously active.  However, it will sit for as long as I allow it and never download the files.  At this time there are only 4 files to be downloaded.

    Thank you for a great tool.. I expect to move the contacts to my Act Database.  The form is working great!  It is the downloading of the contacts that is the problem

    This appears to be browser related issue, I looked into your account and was able to export the submissions in Excel and CSV format. Please make sure that browser you are using has javascript enabled and JotForm is added to the exception list of the pop up blocker if there is any.

    I am trying to download large csv and it's not working. I tried with all browsers.

    You can try to break it down in to smaller date ranges by choosing the option on your submission page:
