    Configurable lists widget won't load.

    There are several blanks in the form when we pull it up today. Is there a problem?

    Hi,

    Can you please give us more details about the issue you are having? Did you mean there are several blank submissions in your form? If so, please provide us the forms in which you've encountered the issue.

    We have several different forms we use internally. When the reviewers go in to enter items, the blanks are not there for them to enter data. Example the form below should have had blanks to enter data under agency response M1021 and M1023 and auditor response. This is on SEVERAL of the forms and they are in different areas. Hope that makes sense.

    Hello,

    I checked the form "CodingOnly". Please confirm that this is one of the forms that you are having trouble with.

    I replicated the issue on my FireFox browser when I use ForeFox NoScript plug-in. I disabled the plug-in but it still blocks the "Configurable Lists" Widget:

    When I try it on Chrome browser without any plugin The form works properly:

    In this case you can use NoScript Widget, that notifies users about their script blocker plug-ins:

    Please also allow scripts on your script blocker if you are using one. If this is not the case, please contact us again.

    Not sure if this is one, but Neogen, OASIS comparison, and Comprehensive SPH I know were some of the ones. Since several users had the same problem in multiple forms. So what you are saying is to see about disabling any plugins? or to enable javascript. It was working fine yesterday morning, but later in the day started having problems

    Hello,

    I checked the Oasis Comparison form and Comprehensive SPH  form. They are working properly, However it takes a lot of time to load on FireFox browser, they are working fine on Chrome browser. Please check the forms working on Chrome. We suggest our users to use Chrome since JotForm works best on Chrome browsers.

    I will let our developers to know about the issue. We will inform you about the progress via this thread.

    PS: FireFox has a plug-in called "NoScript". It blocks javascripts on web pages. JotForm uses javascript. Hence if the users have this plug-in, they can't view the page properly. You can add our widget to your form "NoScript" which notify a user if he/she is blocking javascript.

    I tested your form (http://www.jotform.us/form/61726241421144) on both Firefox and Chrome but I was not able to replicate the issue. The widgets were properly displayed on my end. Can you check again on your end and see if the issue still persists on your end?

    If the issue still persists, can you provide us a screenshot of the console of the browser? To access the console in Chrome browser, just follow the instructions below:

    1. Right click on the page.

    2. Click Inspect.

    3. Click Console Tab.

    We continue to have the issue on multiple browsers with multiple forms and multiple users. I just had one user said the widgets/blanks were showing except one and when she went to submit the form it did not submit

    Unfortunately your attachments are not visible in the forum. To send the screenshots, please visit your thread on this link https://www.jotform.com/answers/1017494 and follow this guide on How to add screenshots/images to questions to the support forum?

    In the meantime, I have cleared your form caches to refresh your forms. Can you please check if the issue still occurs on your end after the caches were cleared? If so, I would also suggest updating the widgets on your form. Simply click the wand icon on the widget and select Update.

    I see that my colleague Seth has contacted our developers about this. If we hear any news from them, we will let you know on this thread.

    I also checked on my end but I also could not replicate the problem. The configurable list were loading fully on my browsers without me doing any changes on my browser settings.

    Example:

    I could not determine if your form were embedded on a website. Perhaps its happening on the published form?

    Please let us know the URL of the website where we can also test the form used.

    I tried looking for it on the website on your signature but I could not find a published form.

    We need to be able to reproduce the issue first before we can elevate the issue to the next level support.

    It is not on a website, we access the forms from your site
    I actually had it happen on safari to me under Comprehensive WPB this morning. Some people are still able to complete their forms, but some can not. Some can get through but then when they hit submit it is not saving. It is happening to several people in several different browsers. I told them to use Chrome per instructions a couple days ago, but had one user tell me she cleared her cache (per instructions yesterday), but finally changed FROM Chrome and got it to work this afternoon. This problem started, it seems, Wed afternoon. It worked fine that morning for everyone. Was there an update or something that may have happened on Wed?

    Thank you for providing more details and explanation.

    We were not abel to produce the issue but I agree that it is possible that some users and type of browser they used could be having the problem.

    I did checked your form https://www.jotform.com/form/62496578195170 thoroughly and I can see some error message appearing in the log of the browser console.

     

    It is possible some users were having problem due to this error.

    I have now forwarded this thread to our higher team support so that they can investigate this issue as well.

    We are continuing to have problems with multiple browsers, multiple auditors (although some auditors have no problem), and multiple forms. Some of the boxes/widgets will not show, sometimes they show a frown face, and sometimes the form will not submit at all.
    Can I get an update from this?
