Form submissions to https://eu.jotform.com//?formID=52714192818358 are received by the recipient as HTML code and not in the normal format.
In the Jotform editor the e-mail page shows the same.
How can I return this to the normal readable format?

Dear Roger,
I have checked your account and your form. I have seen that the content of your notification email has been broken as you can see the screenshot below:
I have cloned your form in order to test it on my side and I have seen the content of the email was broken as the same.
As a solution, I have deleted that notification email and created a new one. The content of the email has been created automatically as you can see the screenshot below:
Please delete that notification email from your form completely and create a new one.
If the issue still persists, let us know.
