Why my account has been suspended?

    I looked at your TOS and figured out why I was suspended.

    I work for a storage company (Metro Mini Storage). I am using a form to update credit cards we have on file.

    Please release the suspension as I need to meet a deadline and your form is the only form I have found that takes pictures within the form!

    I have checked your account named "jdrake1987" and I have seen that the account has been auto-suspended due to phishing.

    I have seen that you have received Credit Card information without using any payment gateways as the following screenshot of your form named “Tenant Credit Card Update":

    This situation has violated our terms of use and your account has been auto-suspended by our automatic phishing detection system.

    Moreover, I have found other issues in your other forms such as you have received social security number and driving license number in your form named "Class Registration Signup Form".
