    I deleted an old account but need the form back

    I had an account mourning-stars@rochester.rr.com ... which is an old email address.  So I cannot access a form created under that account ... http://form.jotform.us/jsform/43223970062146


    Is there any way that form can be moved into my mourning-stars@rochester.rr.com account?

    I have searched for the form and it located the account Rprice10161951. I see that the account is active. As I check the history log of the account, I see that the form was deleted in the month of January.

    Could you confirm if the form is not purged i.e., deleted from the Trash folder permanently or moved to a different account?

    Hi - Can you reinstate the form?  Or, if not reinstate, can you send me a screenshot of it & I'll recreate it on my end.

    I checked your account and I can see that this form is not in the Trash folder. Unfortunately, we cannot restore the form anymore. We also don't have a screenshot of that form.
