Why my account is suspended. Please help.
I need urgent about this issue.

Your account was auto-suspended due to the "Password" field and the "Password" text in the Form Collapse of this form that is in your account.
I have removed the "Password" text and "Password" field from your form and reactivated your account.
Please be informed that we have an anti-phishing system that detects phishing forms 24/7. Once a form is suspected of any phishing activity, the account that owns it is automatically suspended.
I understand that the password field in your form is used to let your respondents know that they will need to enter a password to view the rest of the form and not to collect login credentials from them. Since the word "password" triggers our anti-phishing system, we suggest you use words like "keyword", "access codes", or "access key" as an alternative to prevent this from happening again.
