If you mean to calculate the total based on the dates entered and location, I think you can do this with conditional calculation. Here's our guide for condition calculation:
When adding the condition, you could do the following:

Are the cities based on the user input or can this be predefined? I need to know this so I can determine whether this is possible in the form or not. I have one in my mind to get the total based on the following:
1. The number of days of the delivery based on the user selections on dates.
2. The miles/kilometers between two locations entered by the user on the form.
This is just to simplify the process, to get it done with just a few calculations in the form.
Here's my test form: https://www.jotform.com/70023050610940. Do the following to get the total:
1. Make sure that the Number of Days is greater than 3.
2. Make sure that the Distance (Miles/KM) is greater than 5.
Here's a screenshot of the total:
You can then pass the total to the payment field for payment:

If I understand your concern correctly, you want to calculate the date of arrival from a given location and display it on your form. As per checking the form you mentioned (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/62993291386368), it seems that the departure and arrival location is based from user input since you are using the Address field for the location fileds. Unfortunately, the use of address fields in condition is limited only. You can only use the value of the Country selected in the address field in the conditions.
But if you use a predefined location, just what my colleague Welvin used in his demo form (https://www.jotform.com/70023050610940) we can use condition and calculate the date of arrival. I have created a sample cloned form where I have implemented sample logic you want on your form using predefined locations. You can check the cloned form here: https://form.jotform.com/70023462059954.
You can clone the form to have a closer look on the setup. To clone a form, just follow the instructions provided in this article: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL.
Do let us know if you need further assistance.

Hi Andrea,
We cannot display the screenshots via our forum which you added as e-mail attachment. So we can't view the error message which you get when you want to clone the forms.
Would you please click to the "View this thread on browser" link that you can see on the right side of the e-mail layout?
You can follow these steps, if you want to add screenshot in your message.
Also another point I'd like to remark that, I cloned the forms which are created by my colleagues Welvin and Christian to your account. You can see the both cloned forms and their details on "My Forms" section.
Please would you check them and if you need further assistance, could you please inform us?
Kind Regards.
