email bounced

    Hi,

    Before we have no problems using our email to received submissions, now we can't received any more emails because it said our email address is in your bounce list. Help?

    Hello,

    Spam filters update once in a while. On this case, it seems that a certain subject line was flagged causing your mail server to reject the email. And as a result of the reject and notification sent by your mail server, our system included your email address in the bounce list to prevent further sending attempts which may damage the reputation of JotForm's email server.

    Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.1 The message from (<010001550bf7b92a-b457b1d3-0d22-495b-a801-c5466fdabe04-000000@amazonses.com>) with the subject of (info/literature Request) matches a profile the Internet community may consider spam. Please revise your message before resending.

    I have now removed the email address from the bounce list so you should be receiving email alerts again once you have received a submission. But may I suggest to remove or change the subject or any text that shows info/literature Request to ensure proper delivery to your email address.
