Coupon code not working on Wordpress embedded form

Hi there,

I have a form with a coupon code here: https://e-yoga.com/newsevents/e-yoga-total-transformation/

Coupon works on preview within Jotform but not on embed - it just hangs. Can you please help??

It seems that your oembedded form is currently affected by wordpress restrictions. Please try to re-embed your form by following the next guide.

Hi thanks for the quick response. That was the way I embedded it originally. I have also just had a customer not be able to submit payment (IE not just coupon code problem)

I have now installed the Jotform plugin and embedded that way. Are you able to check if it is now working correctly?

Now when the form is embedded with the JS code it should be working correctly.

We cannot check a payment submission on your live form. However, when I tried to use test credit card details, my data was sent to the Stripe and declined as it should.
