Videos aren't consistently showing up

I have videos embedded on a multi-page form.  They do not consistently show up.  The videos are on questions 3 through 14.  Sometimes I get all of them loading, sometimes none, and sometimes just a few showing with no consistent pattern.  Any ideas how to fix this?

It shows just fine on my end. The video and the form loads really fast.

I tried on different browser, I could not reproduce the problem.

Perhaps it was just a cache issue on your browser. Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? Did you also check it on different browser?

I also cleared your form cache from here. Please check it again and inform us if you are still able to encounter the issue.
