Is 100mb total space includes data coming from submissions also ?

What does  500 total submission storage means?

    Hello,

The 100mb total space is the total accumulated file size of all files sent to all the forms in an account. So if example for one submission you have received 3 files of 1mb each, it accumulates 3mb of total file size for that submission, and on the next submission you received 2mb, you have received a total of 5mb of files. The ceiling for free users is 100mb. Reaching this limit will temporarily disable your account to prevent receiving further submissions.

For the 500 total submissions storage -- this refers to the number of submissions receivable by the account. Example you have received 100 submissions on one form, and 300 submissions on the other form, you have received a total of 400 submissions.

These submissions will be the ones viewable by your account. If you have reached a total of 500 submissions, this will not disable your account unlike the other limits. All your forms will still be able to receive submissions. But upon receiving the 501st submission this will cause to remove your oldest submission in your account automatically. Please take note that there is no limit for paid subscriptions.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.
