Import customer information with Square

We have set up a JotForm that integrates with Square.  We are wondering how we can link the name field on the form to create/update a customer in Square and link it to an item.  At the moment it looks like everything comes in as a customer amount (we are a library trying accept donations on our website so we don't want to use products because we want the donor to specify the amount).

The Square integration will get a customer name from a payment field, so this is not likely that you can link any other field as the name field.
