Will someone please take a look the "Amount Due $" field? Even thought I have selected "Show empty decimal places", the two decimal places do not show up as I expected.
Thank you for your time on this.

I have inspected your form and I saw that you are not actually using that field to perform calculation, you are passing values from another field or from conditional logic calculation to that field.
To resolve this issue you need to set your field Difference total-msc to also show empty decimal places.
And you also need to set your conditional logic calculation for that field to show empty decimal places.
Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your answer. However the "amount due $" still does not show the decimal places.
Example: Select "Not Entitled I" from the Registration Catagory. you will see the amount due is 10, not 10.00. I think it is nicer to see the amount due as 10.00.
Thanks again.

I am not exactly sure why this is happening.
If Difference total-msc is 0 or less amount due will shown empty decimal places.
I will try to find the reason you this is happening and I will update you via this thread once I find solution.

I found out that condition that was passing value from Difference total-mscfield field to amount due field was causing the issue.
Please set mentioned condition like this.
And set that conditional logic calculation to show empty decimal places.
After that empty decimal places will be shown.
