    2co pending payment ?

    Hello, i changed from google checkout to 2co, i ran a test and payment went threw but in jotform says in pending payment

     

    any update?

    You probably didn't complete the payment into the 2CO gateway. But if it was completed, simple go to you pending submissions (click on incomplete payments) , find it and click on complete

    i like it as it should be, once paid jotform competes the submission

    first was a problem on google checkout and now this?

    I am very sorry to hear that.

    Please accept my apologies for the inconveniences this is causing to you.

    Let me explain you that an incomplete payment may occur when a customer changes of mind and they never complete the payment.

    However, it might happen in very rare cases, even though the payment was completed , the submission would be shown up on the incomplete payments section.

    I would suggest you  to delete the current 2CO integration and also the products associated to them, and make a new one.

    Let us know if this advice sorted out the issue.

    Actually, since you are experiencing issues with both, I would suggest you to try Paypal Pro, but you would need to have a pro account in paypal

    I have already sent a ticket to 2nd level anyways.

    All you need is to setup Jotform with 2checkout is the vendor number. So you need to register with 2CO,  if you want to find out if you are missing something else , I would advise you to contact 2CO support

    2co is and vendor number is there, payment is is processing. the problem is after is processed jotform is shows as pending payment where should be processed in full

    just like paypal and google checkout, when payment is made jotform competes the submission not getting that from the new setup with 2co

    before making "guessing" comments "before making comments "2checkout is the vendor number. So you need to register with 2CO, if you want to find out if you are missing something else , I would advise you to contact 2CO support" please make sure and check my account, seems to me this is the lazy way saying i dont want to help you

    Like I mentioned on an ealier post, the case has been forwarded to 2nd level, so they will make a further investigation and will come with a solution on this thread

    We apologize for missing to update you on this, maxboost. I cannot tell when this matter was resolved, but as of checking, payments using 2co payment should be no longer get stuck on pending payments.  But if this problem persists on your end, please do let us know.

    Hi Payment through 2co are still stuck in the pending submission, and I'm unable to send the auto-responders to customers.

    The issue has been resolved in this http://www.jotform.com/answers/221648-. The resolution was to add this https://submit.jotform.co/ipns/2co.php as your approved URL in 2CO under Site Management settings.
