How come my forms are disabled?

How come when I created a Form from scratch and I want to previe it  I'm getting this message that is disable

Your account was auto-suspended and the forms are disabled by our phishing detector due to one of your forms having a password field. Please note that collecting login credentials is strictly prohibited in jotform, and it is a violation of our terms.

To resolve the issue, I have now deleted the password field on your form and removed the suspension on your account. You should now be able to use your forms successfully.
