Having trouble with conditional logic

Hi there,

I have a form with 7 pages and at the end of each page I have a question requiring a Yes or No answer to proceed to the next page.  If the answer is NO then my condition is to hide all pages until the end where visitors sign a Terms and Conditions and a few other questions before submitting.

I've tested it on my site and once I say No then press the next button, the form completely disappears.

I tried a process of elimination to see which condition could be causing a problem, but the condition only works once at the end so I had to stop using them.

I know it's holiday time, but can you help?
