How to apply non-profit organization discount?

We are AME (Asociación Meteorológica Española / Spanish Meteorological Asotiation), and our account is going to be used for our photografy contests ("concursos"). In case we want to have that discount, which document should  we send you?

May we get the discount for one month or it is only avalable for a complete year subscriptions?

If your application to non-profit organization discount will be approved, you will receive an email indicates that "Your nonprofit discount has been approved."and the discount will last lifelong until you prefer to return back to a free plan again.
