    Greetings!

We are a paid client of Jotform....fyi.

    Here is the problem:

We have a password text box with the 'conditions' set up properly.

The 'conditions' box is set up for a specific password.

Unfortunately, you can type anything in the text box, hit the submit button, and it will submit the file.

Would you please help me set up the text box so it will only submit when we type in a specific password?

    Thank you!

PS: I promise I'm not lazy. I searched to forum and made an attempt to solve this problem before typing out a ticket. The only thing I could come close was to 'encrypt' the page which we're not interesting in doing. Thanks again!

First I would like to mention that password fields are not allowed. It is against or terms of use to have password field on the form.

Phishing - You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form is created or JotForm is found to be used to: Obtain credit cards sensitive information, get social security numbers, show content with child pornography. Or if a form was made to steal user login credentials. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the guilty forms will be suspended immediately.

I have inspected your form and I saw that is not used for phishing, however our phishing detector already marked your form as phishing form and to avoid  suspension of your account I would suggest you to rename your field to something else, for example security code.

Regarding your issue - Condition that you have set for your password field is not correct, because it is set for the field that is deleted.

To prevent your users to submit the form if DoctorNeuro11 is not entered inside of password (Security code) field, simply set your condition to hide submit button instead of missing field.
