I have a form called "Submit Photos" I would like to add 2 radio buttons. 1 called "Naples" and 1 called "Bonita Springs". Based on which button the customer chooses the photos would email to the appropriate email address. Either email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org

I have reviewed your form and I can see you have an upload field there, based on what you have mentioned it seems like you want to send the email based on this field, please do note that you will need to use conditions if you want to change the email recipient based on this field; however, with conditions you can only know if the file upload field has been filled or not, there is not a way to know the location where the file was uploaded from, the file name, size or the number of uploaded files.
