Zoho said since yall's latest integration update that they can no longer (Trigger and Assignment rule for leads) upon transfer of the record from forms to ZOHO. They said I needed to request you guys to enable an option to modify API url source code ....they either need to know how to do it or for you guys to (enable an option to modify api for this individual case) so they can fix our Sales funnel that is now broken for our entire organization.
Leads that come from this form https://www.jotform.com/mposey/info are the only form leads attached to our paid advertising on facebook, therefore I need it to evenly distribute to my team members on a per lead basis . This feature no longer works with your new integration method. I need to get this fixed ASAP

There is currently no option for you to change or modify the API URL of the integration. Upon checking your form, it seems that you removed the Zoho integration. Please add it back so that we can further check.
I would like to clarify that the issue is that the submissions coming from your form are not being transferred to your Zoho account as a Lead, is that correct?
If so, please try to re-integration your form to Zoho and make sure that the fields are mapped correctly. I will clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

No the lead will map over fine but it will not allow my assignment rules to trigger in Zoho.

This may come as a silly question, but for the record, let me confirm that previously you are able to map to Leads and trigger assignment rules?
Let me escalate this matter to the development team and have them look into this technical aspect. We'll inform you as soon as we have updates on this.

We are really sorry for the delayed response, but we'd like to inform you that we haven't changed anything in our Zoho backend code for a long time. I reviewed our code and there seems to be nothing that could affect the 'assignment rules' you are referring to.
Is it possible for you to share to us the email you received from Zoho?
