    Hi Suzanne,

Your payment was made using our payment gateway: Plimus. So, we do not have access to your credit card information. You might be able to change your credit card info by logging into your Plimus account and following steps to update your credit card information:

    1. Find your Plimus username in the email that was sent to you when you first paid for your subscription

    2. If you don't rember your password, you can reset you Plimus password by entering your email and your Plimus username in this page: https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp?designId=1

    3. Login to Plimus via this page: https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/account_login.jsp

    4. Go to My Account then click "Change" on the payment method column (far right side) of your active JotForm subscription

    5. Save the changes that you made.

Hope you find this information helpful. Thank you for using JotForm!

Not helpful at all. I started using Jotform quite a whilw ago. I don't have any of that information. JotForm should have a working relationship wih Plimus and have a link from your site to their's, using same username and password. Very easy to do and would be helpful. Now I guess our only option s to cancel JotForm, create a new account with new credit card it. Terraible customer service!

    @veteransvillage

Please accept my apologies . I can relate to your frustration.

Your Plimus username is : 13039443500271764188060

However the email address we have in our records is  tom***chell@v***.net  and unfortunately it is not matching Plimus records so you probably registered another email address.  If you remember which one is the correct , then try the username above , along with it.

Otherwise, you would have to do the cancellation and start all over again

Thank you for the user name. Have no idea on the email address. It should have been same as JotForm.

    Tom,

We deeply apologies for the inconveniences.

As far as I can see, the correct E-mail is on the same domain, but it is different from your JotForm Account E-mail.

I hope that you have the access to the mentioned address - r*****.s****@vvsd.net

If you have any other questions, please let us know. We will be happy to help you.

Thank you. We no longer have access to that email account as the person left and so did his credit card.
We have contacted Plimus, awaiting a response.
Obviously we do not want to start over again and redo our forms.

As far as I know,  you won't lose your forms or will have to redo them if you cancel your Premium subscription.

The account will only get back to free status and this will limit the number of submissions, upload space, SSL submissions  and payments until you re-subscribe back to Premium.

    Regards

Oh, OK. That may work. Thanks. We'll see what they have to say. If no answer by tomorrow afternoon we will change our account status to free and then next week resubmit to Premium service. Thanks for your help.
