I want to integrate a form with a Dwolla account.Asked by brooklinefoodcoop on December 30, 2016 at 12:14 PM
I have created a Donation Form and would like to connect it to a Dwolla account. When I click the Integrate button and try to select Dwolla, I get an error message that I can only have one linked and I have to delete the one that is already attached. I didn't select another one in the first place, and I can't find a way to display which one it is or where it can be deleted.
I checked your form and it has a Paypal field in it.
Currently, for every form you make, you can only add one payment gateway. So with this, you will need to delete this field first before you can add Dwolla. To delete, simply select the field, and then click on the X mark
If you have questions, please let us know.
New response receivedHello liyam,
I had no idea that was the PayPal field.
I have successfully changed over to Dwolla.
Now I have another question.Above the “Amount” field,
there is another with buttons. One of the buttons, which
is visible in the screen shot below, is “Other.” Presumably,
this allows an arbitrary amount, like the former PayPal
field. Are both of these fields required? Or, can I just use
the button field?
As your next question is no longer under the context of this thread, I had to move it to a new thread to have a topic of its own. We'll respond to you in a short while over your next question.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.
