I cannot save the form that I'm working in -- it worked previously and now it won't

Hello!  I cannot edit and save the attached file after starting it on another day.  When I came back to the form it would not save.  I also tried to copy the file and edit, but the copied file would not save either.  I am using the Collapse widget and below that I am trying to use the Spinner field.  The Spinner fields will not save, but neither will anything else.

Can you please take a look at this form and let me know what might be wrong.

Hello Sharron,

I just tried saving your form and it went well. Although it took some 10 seconds to save. Can you try saving it again on your end and let us know if the problem persists?
