I am not recieving messages, so I looked on the forums and did as suggested, changing sender name to jotform, changing sender e-mail to email@example.com. I then did a test e-mail and it said that it was being blocked by jotform. The URL I am using this contact form on is http://www.jensenoutdoors.com/Contact.html

The email address was in our bounced list I already have it removed and you should be able to receive the form notifications.
Please let us know if you are still having this issue.
