Dear Team,
I have a monthly bronze account with jotform. I recently came around this 50% monthly offer and I am looking forward to avail that offer. But I am unable to upgrade my account to get this offer.

May if I know the reason for this? is it becase its not a free account? if thats the issue I have another free account with username : artrix and Email : info@artrixtech.com. Can you migrate my form this free account without any loss of data . I will try to upgrade from there asap. Kindly help me with this.
