Lost access to my account.

    I've lost access to my account, email ur@paygile.com - user name Paygile.

    I've tried the 'reset' feature with no sucess, please advise.

    Your account is still active and it's connected to your ur@paygile.com email. You should be able to request for a password. Simply go to the bottom part of the Jotform homepage.

    I've initiated the request, please check your email for instructions.
