Drag and Drop is changing jpegs into PDFs

ALSO i had to remove the upoad file because the directory is not writable and so doesn't work.

so right now I'm almost unable to use the form that was working perfectly before

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

Our backend team confirms that  the upload file issue is resolved already. I did test your form with file upload and it was uploaded successfully.

I also confirm that the jpg image was submitted as jpg image and is viewed as jpg image in submissions.

I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.

I will reinsert the Upload File portion and test that.

I will also test the drag and drop.

    Thanks for your prompt support!

Did you test our form with 2 "Happy New Years" images?

If so they came like this

Yes, these are my test submissions. I checked the submission at jotform submission page

Here is the screenshot of what I see at my end :

I downloaded it on my local PC and it got downloaded in jPG format only.

Let me know if you see it differently.

But if they go to DropBox, do theyhave to go as PDF's?

(I just tried a jpg again)

The Upload File does work now and it comes as a jpg from the same files.

    is the difference the dropbox?

The other files, do they get stored on your site?

    Thanks so much!

Also, the DOWNLOAD of submissions you just sent me the link to, downloaded zipped files which when opened had images in them that COULD NOT BE OPENED with windows viewer or photos.

wow, guess I will have to have them only drag and drop because at least I get those as PDFs and can get to them.

    Hi,

    Let me clarify your issue.

First of all, when you integrate your form with DropBox, you get the form submissions in PFD version. If this submission has images etc., they also pass to the DropBox in image format(JPG, PNG etc) and also in PDF version.

Please have a look at the following images:

Created files in DropBox for my test submission:

    Content of the PDF file:

Secondly, I have checked your email logs and found the ZIP file that contains downloaded files. I noticed that downloaded images were not opened on my side, too. I replicated your issue about download submissions.  Could you please try to download submissions again? If the issue persists, please open a new thread for this issue.

Finally, please enter your JotForm login password if you want to delete all your submissions. You can also delete your submissions one by one. In this case, you don't need to enter any password.

Please have a look at the following images:

    #1- Click X sign.

#2- Confirm the deletion process. Click OK.

If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.
