NOT ABLE TO UPGRADE

    I TRYED 2 TIMES... WITH PAYPAL AND WITH CREDIT CARD.

    BOTH ERROR MESSAGE

    I checked your account and you currently have a Storage subscription paid for as of this morning.  If you would like to upgrade to a different subscription, we would first need to cancel and refund that subscription to prevent a duplicate.

    If you would like for a to do so, let us know and we will take care of it as soon as we get a chance.
