I have set up a form, all the information was filled in by the customer, but I can't see all the information in the submission

    I checked your form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/63554039425356) and I was able to see the submission (http://eu.jotform.com/submission/359249250822502736) that you are referring to.

    As per checking, it seems that the data submitted for the other fields on the specific submission reported is really blank since when I also checked the notification email of the form, there is no data for the other fields.

    I did a test submission on your form (http://www.jotformeu.com/form/63554039425356) but I was not able to replicate the issue. I was able to submit the form properly and the data I have submitted is shown on the submission page (http://eu.jotform.com/submission/359255369985686183).

    Can you try again on your end and see if you will still encounter the issue?
