From what I understand you wish to add an email address to the authorize.net payment field which will be transmitted to your authorize.net account. If my understanding is correct then sadly this is not possible the option to add an email in the payment field of authorize.net is not available.
If this is not the case then it would be much appreciated if you can provide further information on what you wish to achieve?
Has this limitation changed since this question was asked? How do people get sent their Authorize.net confirmations (or other payment types) if we can't ask for an email address and integrate it into the form?
This limitation is no longer in effect. JotForm will automatically pick up the first email field on your form and attach it to the corresponding Authorize.Net transaction.
