We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please lets know the emails accounts that you suspect to have been blocked. We will check and verify.
We do not have any issue with yahoo account at the moment, i have even tried to submit a form and was able to receive notification on my yahoo account.
Please also give us your username and email of your account on Jotform. Awaiting your feedback to support you further.

I have removed your email address from blocked list. Your account should be fine now.
When the email has not been successfully delivered and the reason reported back to us is that the email was bounced, that email appears on the blocked list.
This sometimes happen when you're email service provider rejected our email at some point or when they're not available to received message from us.
The reason why your email was blocked is shown below;
