I've tried a few times to fill out my application acting as a "user" and my autoresponse email isn't getting sent to me. Why?

I checked your form and the problem is in how your Autoresponder is set. A recipient is set to be the Proposed class name and it should be the email. Please check the below:
So email couldn't go to the right address since it wasn't picking it up from the right field.
You only have to change that field to email.
