One of my text boxes suddenly changed how it displayed when previewing the form. It is near the end of the form just before getting membership level. Looking at the code it appears that all HTML attribute "colspan" has been removed. The text box worked fine all of last year.
I have 2 screen shots here showing the code in the form builder and the code behind the preview.
What's going on?

Thanks for reporting.
I was able to reproduce the problem. The colspan and rowspan attributes are stripped off on HTML field.
This is most probably due to the security updates made recently.
I have raised this to our higher ups so they can fix this as soon as possible.
We'll let you know here once this is resolved.
