How to change browser tab title for my new form?

    I cloned an old form and the new one is here: https://form.jotform.com/70027138504145 (Template: National Symposium).  However, when you hover over the tab, it still says Constitution Day Virtual Field Trip.. which was the old form that I cloned and made this new one.  

     

    How do I change / update this?
